PegasusWork is an all in one go-to building maintenance management app for developers, contractors and building managers alike to streamline day to day processes by linking with contractors and supervisor.

Yes you will need to register for an account to use our services. The PegasusWork app is free to download and use but only up to 1 user per location and per user, come talk to us(link) on how you can streamline your projects by synergizing with your contractors and supervisors.

Account Management

Locations are the details of the location of your project. If you have multiple locations running simultaneously, whenever you create a new work order or work request, be sure to assign them to the correct location.

If you are on the App, you ADD locations by pressing More > Locations > Add.
If you are on the web app, click on location on the side bar and click Add

User Management

Once you’ve subscribed with us, you are now able to add new users so they are able to use the platform with you in synergy.

You add new Users by accessing the web app from the website and click on People in the side bar > Click on add > fill In their details.

If you are on the App, you click on Request > +button > fill in the title, description and location > include in a photo in addition > submit the request by clicking the top right (tick) button

if you have access to the web app, just head to the Request page from the side bar, click on add new and follow the same procedure.

No, you can only add new users through the web app and only if you have Admin Access

Access levels are the authoritative access you give to each of your users. Each of the users will have a role to play, where it be a contractor or a manager, Hence the given access levels. This means, a contractor will not have the same features as a supervisor and so on and so forth.

Manager – Full Access = Managers can everything in their organization

Supervisor – Full Limited Access = Can create work orders, work requests, assets and location. Can edit or delete work orders, work requests, assets and location that are created by Officer. Can edit work orders that is assigned to them.

Officer – Limited Access = Can create work orders, work requests, assets and location. May only edit and delete what they created. Can edit work orders that is assigned to them.

Contractor – View only = Can only view work orders that are assigned to them.
